IRS 1095 ACA Program has been updated for year 2020 creation and submissions. Changes for the 1095-B and 1095-C have been implemented. Case: PD-3695 (IR-111799), PD-3697 (IR-111798), PD-3698(IR-111797), PD-3818.
For Homeownership, a new project policy option has been added to combine the HAP and URP amounts into a single recurring HAP amount. Case: PD-2666 (IR-107458)
A correction has been to the HUD-52670-A Part 3. The "Totals for this page" value was only totaling the last page of the report and not all pages. Case: PD-2810 (IR-110002)
A correction has been made to the WBARS XML Export file to pull the correct asset amount from the current certification and not from a history certification. Case: PD-3036 (IR-110445)
A correction has been made to the WBARS XML Export file to not round the Total Annual Income. Case: PD-3037 (IR-110446)
A validation message has been added to the Account Details Screen option for "Big Actions → Pay to Customer". You will no longer be able to add a date that is in the future. Case: PD-3447 (IR-111341)
The HUD-52517 - Request for Tenancy Approval Form’s selection on the unit screen For Unit Type has been modified to include the Structure Types listed on the latest version of the form. Case: PD-3309 (IR-111040)
Changes have been made to the MTW Tenant-Based/Project-Based WIN Rent calculations. This will now accurately calculate the TTP and prorated rent. Case: PD-3458 (IR-111391)
